Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

Standard Nationwide Shipping:

We ship packages nationwide via J&T Express. You can check estimated shipping rates here: https://www.jtexpress.ph/shipping-rates (service type: EZ)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 days
  • Other parts of Luzon: 1–5 days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 days

Same-Day Delivery:

Available for orders placed on our website before 3:00 PM within Metro Manila and nearby Cavite and Rizal areas.

Customers can book their own courier:

  • Grab Express – fastest option but pricier
  • Lalamove – more affordable but may take longer

Pick-up and delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer. Please message us first before placing your order so we can coordinate pick-up smoothly.

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship outside the Philippines.
