For the safety and well-being of your pets, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on food items once they’ve been delivered.
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your case and arrange the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
